This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit this website or engage our services, in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide: name, contact number, email address, city/country, and any message or details you submit through our contact or enquiry forms.
  • KYC & transaction information (for clients): information required to facilitate mutual fund transactions, such as PAN, identity and address proof, bank details and investment details — collected and processed in line with regulatory (KYC/AML) requirements, often via registered KYC registration agencies and RTAs.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes. This Website does not run any analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking service, and we do not build visitor profiles.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls or meetings;
  • Provide and administer mutual fund distribution services and facilitate transactions;
  • Comply with KYC, anti-money-laundering and other legal/regulatory obligations;
  • Communicate important updates, service messages and (where you have opted in) educational content;
  • Improve our Website and services and maintain their security.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract or take steps at your request, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests. By submitting your information through this Website, you consent to its processing as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights"), subject to legal and contractual constraints.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

  • Asset Management Companies, RTAs and KYC agencies as necessary to execute and service your investments;
  • Service providers (e.g. IT, hosting, communication tools) who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • Regulators, courts or authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Website enquiries. What you submit through our contact form or the "Start your journey" form is sent to our own lead system, which encrypts your name, contact details and message before storing them with our website hosting provider, which acts only as our processor. Only our team holds the key to read it. If that system is temporarily unavailable, the website may instead relay your enquiry to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that acts only as our processor and may handle the data outside India. If neither works, the site asks you to send the enquiry from your own email app, and it never tells you an enquiry was received when it was not.

6. Cookies & analytics

This Website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Some pages store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage purely to remember your own display preferences on your device; this never leaves your browser and is not personal data to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. If we introduce cookies or analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

7. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify each affected individual and the Data Protection Board of India in the manner and within the timelines required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules, and will tell you what happened, what it affects and what steps to take.

8. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, to provide our services, and to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations. Records related to financial transactions are retained for the periods mandated by applicable regulations.

Website enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted automatically after 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time (see "Your rights").

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and request a correction of inaccuracies;
  • Request erasure of your data where it is no longer required and not subject to a legal retention obligation;
  • Withdraw consent to processing or to marketing communications;
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided under section 14 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
  • Raise a grievance regarding the handling of your data, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

10. Children's privacy

This Website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without verifiable parental/guardian consent. Investments on behalf of a minor are handled through the minor's guardian as per applicable rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
